Titan Quest 2 Developers Reveal Relics and Amulets Coming in Next Update

The system will enable unfettered experimentation with character builds.

The developers of Titan Quest 2 have published a new developer diary detailing the forthcoming update. Alongside a new mastery, the patch will introduce Amulets and Relics to the game.

These items can be socketed into equipment to grant extra effects. Individual fragments already carry effects, and merging three identical fragments unlocks a “powerful effect.”

Amulets will drop from specific foes — for instance, obtaining the “Boar Hide” amulet requires hunting boars, while skeletons can drop a “Bone” amulet.

Initially, Titan Quest 2 will add 20 amulets and 19 relics, with plans to expand the roster in future updates.

They will have their own dedicated tab. The system encourages experimentation: you can remove amulets and relics without losing them or the host item.
