Titan Quest 2 Adds Multiplayer — Update Brings New Mastery, Relics and Amulets

Multiplayer is now fully integrated into the game.

The Titan Quest 2 team has released a substantial update for the ARPG, introducing new content and a range of improvements.

Multiplayer has been overhauled and merged into the main game along with existing characters:

This means you no longer need to keep separate characters or run a separate multiplayer build! We’ve also significantly improved multiplayer stability and fixed numerous issues. In upcoming updates we’ll continue adding missing features and making further stability enhancements.

Other notable additions include:

  • A new mastery called “Forge” (Кузница): channeling the essence of Hephaestus, the forge god, you’ll manipulate weapons and armor during combat and deploy armed contraptions.
  • Relics and amulets have been introduced. They drop as fragments — combining three matching fragments unlocks a potent effect.
  • A loot weight system has been implemented to increase the chance of finding items that suit a player’s build: “You can still find any item on any character, but we wanted to slightly improve loot quality.”
  • Treasure chests can now be trapped.
  • Health potions now slowly regenerate out of combat (0.5 charges/s).
