Hellraiser: Revival’s Switch 2 Physical Edition Disappoints Buyers With Game-Key Card

Hellraiser: Revival’s Switch 2 Physical Edition Uses a Game-Key Card Despite Advertising

Physical copies of Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival for Nintendo Switch 2 contain a Game-Key Card that requires an internet download, even though promotional materials promised a standard game cartridge.

Neither the promotional images nor the Amazon product description warned buyers about the card’s format. In September, user Wario64 asked publisher Saber Interactive about the release, and the company confirmed that the game would come on a Game-Key Card.

However, that information did not receive widespread attention, and the promotional materials were not updated.
