Honkai: Star Rail Leakers Ordered to Pay miHoYo About $150,000 in Damages

A court has ruled in favor of miHoYo in a dispute with two bloggers who published confidential Honkai: Star Rail information.

The two leakers were ordered to jointly pay miHoYo 1 million yuan (about $150,000) in compensation and publicly apologize within 30 days.

One defendant accessed test data and published instructions explaining how other players could find the information themselves. The other disclosed unannounced characters, their abilities, and gameplay footage.

The court also barred the defendants from continuing to publish leaks. Their public apologies must remain available for 30 days.
