The Last of Us Actor Returns to Naughty Dog to Work on Intergalactic

Actor Robin Atkin Downes, known for his work on the Uncharted and The Last of Us franchises, has confirmed his involvement in the development of Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet.

Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is expected to differ noticeably from previous Naughty Dog titles in its gameplay and world design. Even so, the studio continues to bring back familiar talent.

Naughty Dog has not shared extensive details about the project yet, though contributors periodically reveal glimpses of the production. Downes recently confirmed his return to collaborating with the studio.

Downes previously contributed to the Uncharted series and played Robert, the first major adversary encountered by Joel and Ellie in The Last of Us. Now, the actor has joined the cast of another Naughty Dog title.

The motion capture specialist may have provided performance capture and his physical likeness for a character who will cross paths with Jordan A. Mun.
