Survival Game with Dinosaurs and Voxel Maps Available to Play Free on Steam
Developer Snail Games USA has released new content and launched a promotion to bring players back to PixARK.
In late August, studio Snail Games USA decided to draw attention back to PixARK, which originally launched in 2019. The team recently introduced a premium expansion and kicked off a free weekend event for the game.
PixARK is a sandbox survival game where players explore a massive world inhabited by dinosaurs. The game features procedurally generated maps and quests, and players can use a voxel building system to construct buildings. A creative mode is also available.
The premium expansion Terracrypt – Expansion Pack has been released for PixARK, offering players a new storyline tied to a “millennial conflict between civilizations” and an underground world to explore. The expansion includes 13 different biomes, each featuring its own atmosphere, dangers, resources, and survival rules.

The PixARK store page on Steam is available at this link. The free access event runs until August 31 at 8:00 PM Moscow time. A sale for the base game and its DLC will run until September 7, featuring a 10% launch discount on the new Terracrypt – Expansion Pack.
