Super Meat Boy 3D Adds Jack Pepper From MOUSE: P.I. for Hire
Sluggerfly enjoyed working on the collaboration.
Headup and Sluggerfly have released a free update for Super Meat Boy 3D that adds Jack Pepper, the protagonist of the noir shooter MOUSE: P.I. for Hire. Along with the new character, the patch adds support for the DLSS and FSR upscaling technologies, plus various improvements and bug fixes.
According to Mateusz Michalak, founder and CEO of Fumi Games, the collaboration was a great chance to bring together two projects that look completely different at first glance. Meat Boy and Jack Pepper turned out to have more in common than it might seem. Michalak also said he hopes players will enjoy the atmosphere of Mouseburg, a fictional black-and-white noir city, within Super Meat Boy 3D.
Dominik Plassmann, founder and art director of Sluggerfly, said the team greatly enjoyed bringing Jack Pepper into the game.
