The presentation of Grand Theft Auto VI definitely managed to make an impression on some people.

In late August, a presentation titled “Grand Theft Auto VI: Extended Showcase” took place. Rockstar Games initially showcased the PlayStation 5 version on the Netflix platform. This promotional move also attracted the attention of people who were previously far removed from the world of video games, and what some of them saw left them horrified.

A video by a woman recently went viral on TikTok, in which she urged people to keep their husbands, boyfriends, and partners away from Grand Theft Auto VI. The user diaryofasalesgirl is certain that players can cheat in this game by engaging in virtual intimate relations with characters:

My fiancé is not playing GTA VI under any circumstances. I just saw it. In this game, you have to maintain a relationship with a girlfriend, text her, and she gets mad if you don’t reply. You also have to take her on dates, and you can ********* [engage in intimate relations] with her. There is a nudist community. And there is literally part of the game where your goal is to ********* with her. There are strip clubs where you can *********. Do not let your boyfriend, fiancé, or husband play GTA VI. A definitive NO. No, no, no, no. And I feel like the male population is slowly going downhill right now. Why are you falling in love with pixels? I feel like this is the start of something out of Black Mirror.

Some female gamers visited the comments section of her post to state that GTA VI pales in comparison to what they pull off in The Sims.

GTA VI is expected to release on November 19 of this year for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. Rockstar Games and Take-Two have not yet announced a release window for the PC version.
