Anticipation continues for the release of this ambitious project.
It was expected that Skyblivion — a fan remake of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion built on the TES V: Skyrim engine — would launch in 2025. However, the developers reached out in early December to announce a delay.
Project lead Rebelzize explained the team still faces “challenges that must be resolved” and that overcoming them will require additional time.
The developer reassured players that many elements of Skyblivion are already in excellent condition. In the latest video diary, Rebelzize showcased the map, a variety of locations, character models, and additional content.
