Silent Hill series sales surpass 13 million copies
Konami also disclosed figures for several of its other franchises.
Konami published updated sales figures. The company withheld exact numbers for some recent releases but confirmed substantial growth across its major series.
The Metal Gear franchise has sold 65.1 million copies, an increase of 1.8 million since the end of June. Silent Hill — which premiered in March 1999 — has reached 13 million copies, up 1.3 million from June. That growth is attributed to the release of Silent Hill f and the remakes of Silent Hill 2 and Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.
The card game Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel has reached 80 million downloads and purchases (an increase of 10 million compared with March 2025). Together with the eFootball series (900 million combined), Metal Gear remains Konami’s best-selling franchise.
