Sci‑Fi Horror Routine, Announced in 2012, Gets Release Date
The project’s developers also unveiled a new trailer at ID@Xbox Fall 2025.
Raw Fury and Lunar Software used ID@Xbox Fall 2025 to debut a new trailer for Routine and to confirm that the sci‑fi horror first announced all the way back in 2012 will be released on December 4. The game will launch on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and will be available in Game Pass.
ROUTINE is a first‑person sci‑fi horror influenced by the classic science fiction novels of the 1980s, set on an abandoned lunar station. When life aboard the facility falls quiet, what begins as a simple walk quickly becomes a desperate struggle for survival. In pursuit of answers you come face to face with an adversary that views you as the principal threat to its designs and will stop at nothing to eradicate you. Every revelation pulls you deeper into danger — the only choice is to keep moving forward.
