Rural Driving Simulator Zarya Finds Publisher in Spaghetti Cat
Independent studio SBSR has signed an agreement with publisher Spaghetti Cat to support and promote its story-driven rural driving simulator. SBSR calls the partnership a new stage in the project’s development.
The partnership will also help the developers bring new ideas to life and expand the project’s features.
SBSR initially envisioned a small project with a few puzzles and minigames. Audience interest changed the team’s plans, and the developers decided to expand the game.
The story follows Vasily as he tries to breathe new life into his village. He will make deliveries, help his neighbors, and take on a variety of jobs.
The developers promise:
- Deliveries of parcels and other goods along country roads, across fields, and over difficult trails
- Stories about people living far from major cities
- Fishing, cooking shashlik, trips to the market, and towing other people’s cars
