Irish actress Saoirse Ronan has been cast as Linda McCartney in Sam Mendes’s upcoming series of Beatles biographical films. Paul Mescal will take on the role of Paul McCartney, while Harris Dickinson, Joseph Quinn, and Barry Keoghan will portray the other members of the Liverpool quartet.
Mendes intends for each film to focus on a different Beatle; Ronan is reportedly set to appear in the installment centered on Paul McCartney.
The global premiere of the Beatles biopic series is scheduled for April 2028.
