You can now hit the track with your own soundtrack.
The CarX Street team has rolled out update 1.9.0. The patch brings new mechanics, several game modes, and additional content.
Game modes:
· Gymkhana — lets you test your skills on narrow, technical courses where success hinges on the perfect balance between speed and controlled drifting.
· Open-world duels — a chance to challenge racers across the open world. The class of the player’s car determines opponent strength: higher-class vehicles mean tougher rivals, larger stakes, and more aggressive driving styles.
New mechanics and content:
· Tire customization has been added. You can now modify or remove the text on tire sidewalls to highlight your car’s unique look.
· You can add your own music to the game — place audio files in the Custom Radio folder in the game’s root directory. Detailed instructions are available in the “readme” file inside that folder.
· New tracks have been added to the “Drift King” mode.
· 28 new solo runs have been added to “Gymkhana” mode.
· 11 new license plates have been added.
· 26 new turbo fans have been added.
· New itasha-style vinyls have been introduced.
