Yesterday a now-removed GameStop listing for the PC Deluxe Edition — which Game Informer captured before it vanished — included cosmetic bonuses tied to a character not yet announced for Requiem. The listing referenced a Shadow Walker Costume Pack offering “three exclusive outfits” and a unique visor appearance for the character identified in the leak as Rosemary Winters, the daughter of Ethan Winters and the central figure of Resident Evil Village’s Shadows of Rose DLC. VideoGamesChronicle highlighted the discovery and preserved screenshots of the listing.

If accurate, that would suggest Grace Ashcroft might not be the only playable option, or at least that another key character will receive cosmetic support if they appear in a non-playable capacity.

This morning, December 9, a PlayStation Store entry for Requiem surfaced and seemingly revealed a second unannounced character — Leon S. Kennedy — as reported by IGN. The store’s cover art features a figure standing behind Grace Ashcroft; the hairstyle, jacket, and silhouette strongly point to Leon. Whether his presence on the key art implies playable status remains unconfirmed, since Grace is still the only officially announced protagonist.

The PlayStation Store image isn’t an official announcement, but the visual clues have many fans convinced Leon appears in Requiem. Capcom is scheduled to host a Resident Evil Requiem showcase early next year, and with the game’s February 27 release date approaching — plus The Game Awards taking place this week — more official information could arrive very soon. Requiem was initially revealed during the Summer Game Fest presentation.
