Resident Evil Fan Poll Names Top 10 Characters as Voice Actor Hints at Solo Project

For some fans, the choice was obvious.

In September, Capcom shared the results of a Resident Evil fan poll conducted to celebrate the franchise’s 30th anniversary. Voting took place from July 15 to July 29, and participation was limited to users registered in the Resident Evil Ambassador program.

The developers wanted to find out which characters players like the most. The final selection included both classic and new heroes.

Some Resident Evil fans will not be surprised by the results, as Leon Scott Kennedy took the top spot and surpassed Chris Redfield. Jill Valentine rounded out the top three, making her the most popular female character in the franchise.

Coincidentally, Leon’s voice actor, Nick Apostolides, recently gave an interview to Pause for Thought. During the conversation, he shared that he has started working on his own game:

I am starting development on a very small indie game with my younger brother.

Nick Apostolides has not yet revealed any details about the project.
