R.E.P.O. now free to play on Steam — update adds new monsters

The developers have prepared a wealth of new content.

semiwork has released a major “Monster Update” for the cooperative horror title R.E.P.O.

It adds fresh threats — ten new enemy types — alongside balance tweaks and improved AI behavior for previously introduced adversaries. The Swiftbroom Academy, Headman Manor, and Museum of Human Art locations have been expanded.

There are also technical refinements, including optimized memory usage.

R.E.P.O. is free to play on Steam until November 3.
