Postal 2 Redux Set for Release in 2027

Impact Reality and Running With Scissors have announced POSTAL 2 Redux, scheduled to launch in spring 2027 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC. The remastered version will also support PlayStation VR2 and PC VR.

The developers aim to retain the core appeal of the controversial early-2000s original, allowing players to return to the town of Paradise with complete freedom of choice. Players can decide each day whether to complete errands peacefully or unleash total chaos. The development team promises to enhance “every gameplay system” with modern technology.

Champ, the Postal Dude’s iconic dog, will also return with expanded functionality. Players will be able to pet him, bring him along during world exploration, and use him in various unusual ways.

Running With Scissors head Vince Desi noted that the team sought to preserve the original vision of the game while bringing it up to modern standards.
