Pixel Samurai Action Game Bloodless Coming to Android in September
Developer Point N’ Sheep will bring its pixel action game Bloodless to mobile devices on September 2, 2026. Pre-registration is now open on Google Play, while an iOS release has not been announced.
The story follows Tomoe, a ronin who returns to Bakugawa after years of wandering. Traumatized by the horrors of war, she has renounced the sword and vowed never to kill again. Tomoe must now stop the army of her former mentor, Shogun Akechi, while staying faithful to her pledge.
Tomoe fights entirely barehanded. Combat revolves around dashes, parries, counterattacks, and ki strikes designed to drain enemy stamina. Players can upgrade the heroine using found crests and infusions, tailoring her abilities to suit their preferred playstyle.
For the mobile edition, the developers adapted the controls for touchscreens and implemented controller support. Players can also turn on an assist mode to lower the difficulty, with options extending up to complete invulnerability for Tomoe.
The mobile port will include all post-launch updates, including bonus battle arenas and the roguelike mode Namazu’s Wrath.
Bloodless originally launched on PC on August 29, 2024, followed by a Nintendo Switch release on October 10, 2024. On Steam, the game holds an 81% positive rating across 130 user reviews.
