Order Automatica gets an Xbox demo and console release plans
Order Automatica appeared during the ID@Xbox Indie Selects Summer Edition showcase, where New Beings and better. publishing showed a new trailer. An Xbox demo is now available, giving players a first look at the dark auto-battler before release.
The team also confirmed broader console plans. Order Automatica is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. Console versions are being developed by Draw Distance, while the full release is scheduled for July 2026.
Order Automatica sends players into a world of occult symbols, rituals and demons tied to an ancient order. Battles unfold automatically, but planning decides the result: unit placement, creature synergies, artifacts and upgrades shape each fight before the board starts moving.
The compact battlefields make every slot matter. Players can experiment with builds, adapt to limited resources and work through modes designed around roguelike replayability.
New Beings is a solo studio led by Mickey Sanchez in Portland, Oregon. Sanchez previously worked on indie projects including Big Hops, Wizard With a Gun and The Wild at Heart, and has released experimental turn-based and roguelike games on itch.io.
