Ahead of Ubisoft’s massive notE3 present this weekend, gameplay footage of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla continues to leak. Following the half-hour of gameplay seen earlier this week, now somebody’s provide you with seven minutes of the feminine Eivor in a boss battle towards some type of “demon goddess”. It is, appropriately, properly steel.

I’m fairly glad to see Ubisoft leaning into outdated British myths and magic, certain, why not. Presumably that’s Cordelia, mythological daughter of the mythological king Leir of Britain – in all probability finest identified by means of Shakespeare’s play, King Lear. Wikipedia is now telling me that Leir’s dad, Bladud, was a necromancer who died after he constructed synthetic wings then flew right into a wall. That’s the type of mundane finish I like to see on a whimsical story. Not that anybody is aware of if any of them ever existed.

Given that Ubisoft are nonetheless taking part in whack-a-mole with all of the leaked footage, that video will possible be taken down quickly then re-uploaded by another person. Search YouTube if you happen to want it. I’ve loved seeing the standard of the primary leak deteriorate increasingly more as folks maintain importing ripped movies of rips of rips of rips. Soon, all we’ll have is a brown smear and distorted screaming.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is because of launch later this 12 months on Uplay and the Epic Games Store. Maybe we’ll hear an precise launch date and see some sanctioned footage throughout the Ubisoft Forward notE3 stream on Sunday.
