The streaming service Netflix is reportedly preparing to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery, according to media outlets.
Earlier, Warner’s management acknowledged interest from outside parties in a potential sale. Paramount also submitted an offer, but it was considered too low.
To pursue the deal, Netflix has enlisted the well-regarded investment bank Moelis & Co., which previously advised Paramount. Insiders have not disclosed an exact figure.
