At a certain point, Steve found a firearm.

Modder Tobyn Jacobs recently presented a new project, claiming that he managed to bring the blocky sandbox Minecraft into Elden Ring as a modification.

A video showcasing the mod went viral on social media. Tobyn Jacobs demonstrated that various gameplay mechanics from Minecraft have been added to the FromSoftware game, with Steve himself now serving as the main character of Elden Ring.

Tobyn Jacobs first shows the character from a third-person perspective and then switches to a first-person view to engage in melee combat. The clip displays an authentic inventory alongside gear and items from the Mojang Studios game.

According to the modder, the project includes working redstone and all 1,600 items from Minecraft.

Tobyn Jacobs has not yet published a download link for the modification, nor has he announced a release date for the project.

This year, FromSoftware itself returned to Elden Ring. The game received a new edition for the Nintendo Switch 2 console, while developers released a premium add-on called Tarnished Pack on other platforms, which includes a series of in-game bonuses: 2 new starting classes, new armor, and a Torrent appearance customization feature. They can be used in both the main game and the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
