Meghan Markle is reportedly preparing to make a return to acting. The Duchess of Sussex is allegedly in discussions to secure a role in the third season of the hit Netflix series, “The Gentlemen.”

News of the potential casting was reported by Deadline, though specific details regarding her prospective character remain under wraps. While the television adaptation of “The Gentlemen” premiered in 2024 and its second season is set to stream on September 3, Netflix has yet to officially greenlight a third installment. The show is executive produced and directed by Guy Ritchie, with Theo James leading the cast.

Last year, rumors circulated in the media suggesting that Markle might make a cameo appearance in the comedy “Close Personal Friends.” Her last significant screen credit dates back to 2017 with the legal drama “Suits,” following which she stepped away from acting after her marriage to Prince Harry.
