Major 2026 Game Releases on Xbox Game Pass Today Along with Another Premier

Xbox Game Pass adds two games today, as Dune: Awakening launches on consoles and Well Dweller arrives as a day-one release for subscribers.

Dune: Awakening is available on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Xbox Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass. Funcom’s game was previously available in early access only on PC, and console players can now reach the desert planet of Arrakis.

Dune: Awakening is an open-world survival game with single-player and multiplayer modes featuring RPG elements. Players will explore Arrakis, gather resources, craft items, develop bases, and experience a story campaign featuring a new narrative within the Dune universe.

Today’s second premiere is Well Dweller, which is immediately available on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. It is a dark fairytale metroidvania about a small bird named Glimmer who is armed with a match. The hero must explore a ruined kingdom, defeat the evil queen, and save their family.
