LEGO Ideas Project Features Six Functional Arcade Cabinets and Game Room
User Liam Paradise has introduced a new LEGO set featuring an arcade hall equipped with six working arcade cabinets, a bubble gum machine, a functional ATM, and a vending machine that dispenses drinks at the push of a button.
On LEGO Ideas, the crowdsourcing platform from the LEGO Group, user Liam Paradise showcased this engaging arcade set. If his building set receives 10,000 community votes, LEGO will officially review the creation and potentially release it as an official product.

The entire set folds into the shape of a building, creating the atmosphere of a genuine old-school arcade hall. Inside, visitors will find a pinball machine, a claw machine, a racing simulator, a rocket game, a target shooting gallery, and a coin pusher.
The pinball machine allows players to pull a plunger to launch a ball onto the playing field, where they use flippers to navigate around obstacles. The claw machine requires operating a claw to grab one of the toys inside and carefully guide it to the drop zone.

The racing simulator challenges players to steer a car while dodging obstacles on the track, weaving between oncoming traffic, road cones, and barriers. In the rocket game, players move a spaceship up and down to dodge stars while flying through space.

The shooting gallery involves firing LEGO pieces at moving targets. With the coin pusher, players drop coins and tokens onto a moving platform to nudge the ones resting at the front.

Inspired by 1980s retro arcades and amusement parks, the model also features a working bubble gum machine, a functional ATM that allows users to withdraw cash, and a vending machine that dispenses drinks when a button is pressed.

All of this is built into a compact building measuring 32 by 32 studs, making the set a seamless fit for LEGO city layouts. Each of the arcade’s walls can be unfolded so that people and minifigures can easily access the interior and examine the intricate mechanisms that bring the model to life.
