Konami will release a free demo for Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on October 1, 2026. Progress will carry over to the full game.

The Castlevania demo was playable at gamescom 2026 and will soon be available to everyone. The publisher confirmed that players can keep their progress from the demo. After purchasing the game, players will not need to replay the opening section because their save data will transfer to the full version, which launches on October 15, 2026.

In the new Castlevania, players will find themselves in Paris in 1499. The game continues the events of Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse. The main protagonist is Rose Belmont, the daughter of Trevor.
