Keanu Reeves to Star as CIA Agent in Action Thriller

Keanu Reeves is set to headline the screen adaptation of Oliver Low’s upcoming novel, Kill Current: A Jon Hendricks Thriller. This project marks the inaugural feature for Two Dragonflies, the production company Reeves recently established alongside his partner, Alexandra Grant, who will also join him in producing the film.

The narrative follows Jon Hendricks, a disillusioned former CIA operative who has long since retired from the field. His solitude is shattered when the tragic death of his protégé forces him back into the shadows. Embarking on a quest for vengeance, Hendricks finds himself entangled in a complex international conspiracy, defined by shifting loyalties and a high-stakes struggle for the world’s most critical resources.

Kill Current is slated to be the first installment in a multi-book series centered on the enigmatic Hendricks.
