New exploration content and characters are arriving soon in HSR — miHoYo has begun revealing the upcoming additions.
The creators of Honkai: Star Rail recently presented update 3.8, titled “Memory: Overture in Dreams.” miHoYo (HoYoverse) followed the presentation with their customary release of screenshots showcasing the new content.
The gallery includes images of the lone new heroine, Georgina (5-star rarity, Path of Nihility, Fire damage). Some fans have noted that her design evokes Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village.
Honkai: Star Rail update 3.8 is slated for release on December 17, 2025. miHoYo has already revealed the character banners ahead of the launch.
The developers also showcased several enemies and new locations.
