GTA 5’s Franklin Actor Admits He Still Keeps in Touch with the Actors Who Played Trevor and Michael

The iconic trio still stay in touch.

Shawn Fonteno, who played Franklin Clinton in GTA V, sat down for an interview with Fall Damage.

He said he maintains close ties with his principal co-stars — Ned Luke (Michael) and Steven Ogg (Trevor):

“I could call either of them right now and they’d pick up. We worked together for almost three and a half years, and it was impossible not to become friends.”

He also mentioned that his teammates were patient with his lack of experience:

“I was a little envious of how brilliantly they performed. But over time I realized I just had to be myself and not pretend — and that approach paid off.”
