Filming Has Wrapped on the Meta-Biopic “Artur Pirozhkov: The Beginning”
The film distribution company “Atmosfera Kino” has officially announced the completion of principal photography for the meta-biopic “Arthur Pirozhkov: The Beginning,” featuring Alexander Revva in the titular role.
The narrative follows Arthur Pirozhkov, the son of a generational baker, who harbors deep-seated aspirations of becoming a singer. His path shifts dramatically when he catches the eye of a prominent producer, Zolotarev. This sudden ascent into the limelight forces Arthur to navigate the complexities of fame while striving to remain true to himself.
The film is helmed by director Alexey Stepanov, known for his work on the yet-to-be-released comedy “Skuf.” The supporting cast features an array of notable actors, including Nikolai Dobrynin, Marina Vasilyeva, Alexey Maklakov, Igor Vernik, Elena Valyushkina, and Mitya Fomin, among others. A specific theatrical release date has not yet been disclosed.
