Back in September, Nintendo disclosed that the Kingdom Hearts “Sora” Amiibo for the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate line was coming sometime next year. Now, Nintendo has actually disclosed precisely when: February 16, 2024.
Nintendo disclosed the launch day late last evening, on December 6, with a brief video clip on Twitter showcasing the Amiibo. As anticipated, it takes on the appearance of Sora in the very first Kingdom Hearts – a fan-favorite – with his hallmark smile and keyblade raised over the shoulder.
