Euro Truck Simulator 2 creators reveal new company logos and truck liveries

The developers have opted to refresh the design of several interface elements.

The team behind the long-haul driving simulator Euro Truck Simulator 2 has published a development diary focused on the upcoming 1.57 update. In this entry they outline their work on revamped company logos and new truck liveries.

SCS Software spent several months refining alternative logo versions and paint schemes — the goal was to give the visuals a more contemporary, polished look:

Together with our entire paint department, we wanted to ensure every livery option conforms as precisely as possible to the shapes of different truck cabs, painted accessories, and trailers.

Customization options have been expanded: you can now modify a livery’s color palette or select from predefined color combinations.

No release date for the 1.57 update in Euro Truck Simulator 2 has been announced yet. The team has not forgotten American Truck Simulator, but the updated logos and paint schemes will be introduced there at a later time.
