Enthusiast Shows Hollow Knight: Silksong in Nintendo 64 Style
You can now view a 3D glimpse of Silksong.
The creator behind the YouTube channel Botão Select presented an alternative vision of Hollow Knight: Silksong.
He demonstrated how Team Cherry’s project might have looked if it had been released as a Nintendo 64 title.
Using Blender, the artist deliberately limited polygon count when modeling the protagonist Hornet, keeping her silhouette recognizable while staying low-poly.
In addition, he reconstructed the Moss Grotto.
Botão Select intentionally lowered the resolution, disabled anti-aliasing, and adjusted shading to mimic the N64 look, so the result more closely resembles a game from that era.
