Endless Legend II Set for September Release Alongside Console Versions
Strategy game demos are now available across all platforms.
Publisher Hooded Horse and developer Amplitude announced that grand strategy game ENDLESS Legend II will launch on September 17 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store.
ENDLESS Legend II has been available in early access on PC since August 7, 2025. The version 1.0 release will bring a completed campaign alongside a large amount of new content.
One of the main additions is the Sandshapers, the sixth major playable faction. They represent the most ancient civilization on the planet of Siyada, whose members remember when the world was not yet covered in oceans. Their goal is to return the planet to its original state by transforming it back into a desert world. The faction will feature its own storyline, unique heroes, troops, technologies, and traits, which players can also use in the custom faction editor.
Developers will also introduce the new Rogue Factions system, featuring alternative versions of existing nations with their own storylines and mechanics. Two such factions will be available at launch:
- Order of Zelevas, an aggressive variation of the Kin of Sheredyn focused on conquest
- The Severed Claw, an offshoot of the Necrophage capable of replenishing army losses exclusively by enslaving members of other peoples
Additionally, the game will add a new minor faction called Mangrove of Harmony, created in collaboration with the Amplitude community. This faction introduces its own hero, a separate questline, new settlements, recruitable troops, a new population type, and additional hero skills.
