Classic StarCraft and Brood War Ported to Android in Unofficial Version With Local Multiplayer
StarCraft fans have another reason to revisit the classic.
An enthusiast known as ToadWarrior has released StarDroid, an unofficial Android port of the original 1998 StarCraft and its Brood War expansion. The mobile version includes all story campaigns, including the expansion’s missions, as well as briefings and videos.
StarDroid supports touch controls, gamepads, a mouse, and a keyboard. In recent updates, the developer expanded support for custom maps with their own rules and scenarios, though some may still have bugs.
The port also offers local multiplayer over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi Direct. All players need to have the same version of the app installed.

To run the port, you’ll need Android 8 or later, a 64-bit device, and your own files for the classic StarCraft and Brood War.
