“Duck Tarkov” Becomes Steam’s Most Popular Extraction Shooter — Escape From Duckov’s 5-Day Sales Revealed
The charming extraction shooter has drawn considerable attention.
Escape From Duckov recently launched on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
It’s a PvE extraction shooter where a duck protagonist goes on raids, scavenges resources, and expands an operational base. The title earned “Very Positive” reviews on Steam with a 96% rating, and the developers stated they have already sold one million copies.
Escape From Duckov continues to break concurrent-player records on Steam — it hit 255,000 players, which is 8,000 more than the free-to-play Delta Force.
(Some players have tagged Helldivers 2 as “extraction,” which is why it appears in the rankings under that tag.)
On November 15, Steam is expected to receive the full release of the extraction-shooter pioneer — Escape from Tarkov from Battlestate Games.
