In Dispatch, the protagonist receives a thank-you note from Vodoboy in one of the episodes. There’s a caveat — because of the character’s circumstances, Robert ends up with a soaked, hard-to-read note.
User N3lgs examined it more closely and attempted to decipher the words.
The text roughly reads as follows (some words remain illegible, but the overall meaning is clear):
Robert. I appreciate that you — gave me a chance — and if you — offered me a little hope, that is — astonishing, and I will be deeply grateful. For the first time I feel that I matter to someone — please accept my small token of thanks.
It appears Vodoboy admits he had never before felt important to anyone, and his “gratitude” amounts to the donuts he left behind.
