Code Vein II to Receive Major Story DLC with New Heroine
Bandai Namco has announced a major paid expansion for its futuristic vampire soulslike JRPG, titled Code Vein II: Mask of Idris, which is scheduled to launch on September 9 across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
The expansion introduces a new storyline focused on Liv Voda, the sister of Valentin. Access to this new narrative requires players to complete the main game, reach the Luna Fraterna ending, and finish the quest Valentin’s request.
Bandai Namco will also release a game update alongside the expansion, though specific details regarding the patch have not yet been shared. The developers additionally made a vague reference to the option to explore the game world alongside recruited companions after finishing the main storyline.
