Sandfall Interactive’s creation is competing for recognition across 17 categories.
The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) has unveiled the longlists for the BAFTA Games Awards 2026. A total of 64 games — selected from 255 titles released between 16 November 2024 and 14 November 2025 (excluding the “Best Evolving Game” category) — earned spots across 17 categories. The choices were made by more than 1,700 BAFTA members, experienced professionals from the games industry.
Voting for the nominations in the “Best Game” and “Best British Game” categories will open in February 2026 among BAFTA members, while specialist juries will determine the other categories. Winners will be announced at the ceremony on 17 April 2026.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 tops the longlists with 17 nominations, followed by Dispatch with 11; Death Stranding 2: On The Beach rounds out the top three with 10 nominations. Ghost of Yotei, Hades II and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle each received nine nominations, and Split Fiction secured eight.

Acting nominees include Aaron Paul (Dispatch), Alex Jordan (The Alters), Ben Starr (Clair Obscur: Expedition 33), Judy Alice Lee (Hades II) and others. Troy Baker could take home awards in two separate categories: for the lead role of Indiana Jones in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and for a supporting role as Higgs in Death Stranding 2: On The Beach.
