Breath of the Wild Soundtrack Coming to Vinyl

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild vinyl packages — double-LP and 8-LP box set
Breath of the Wild — vinyl editions (double-LP and 8-LP box).

Upon its 2017 debut, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild earned overwhelming praise — including a perfect 10 score from Game Informer and numerous Game of the Year accolades. Nintendo has partnered with Laced Records — a label that specializes in gaming vinyl — to release the game’s evocative soundtrack on vinyl next year, marking one of Nintendo’s earliest official vinyl releases outside Japan.

The collection is offered as a double-LP or as an expanded 8-LP box set. Each format is available in standard black or a limited colored variant: the double-LP is offered in a blue-and-white edition, while the 8-LP box features white discs with blue-and-gold splatter. The smaller double-LP highlights 34 curated tracks — including pieces such as “Overworld (Day),” “Great Fairy Fountain,” and “Hyrule Castle” — whereas the comprehensive 8-LP set contains approximately 130 tracks, with each disc themed around a facet of Breath of the Wild (exploration, the Divine Beasts, Shrines, and so on).

All selections have been remastered specifically for vinyl to preserve the nuance of the original compositions by Manaka Kataoka, Yasuaki Iwata, Hajime Wakai, and Soshi Abe.

The vinyl collection is scheduled to ship on June 19, 2026, with pre-orders available now. Limited-edition blue pressings will be sold exclusively through Laced Records, the My Nintendo Store, Nintendo New York, and Nintendo San Francisco; the standard black pressings will be stocked at select retailers.
