Mei and Reaper shall be proven some buff love in a future Overwatch patch.
Overwatch developer Geoff Goodman acknowledged in a discussion board Q&A this week the group is “looking at” buffing Mei and Reaper.
According to Goodman, adjustments to the heroes shall be accessible via a Public Test Realm patch, “hopefully this week.”
A query relating to whether or not a steadiness go would happen earlier than Brigitte was thought of “sufficiently balanced and integrated into the meta,” was posed to Goodman on the official boards.
“We’re always trying to get ahead of the meta and trying to predict what shifts are likely to take place,” Goodman responded. “In this case, we’re seeing some potential for an enormous tank meta on the horizon, particularly with Moira only recently being launched and the way good she is at therapeutic a number of tanks.
