Big Walk Sells One Million Copies in Six Days

House House and its publisher Panic announced that the cooperative adventure game Big Walk sold over one million copies in just six days following its release on August 4, 2026, for PS5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.

To celebrate the milestone, publisher Panic thanked players. The team noted that they are glad to see the many videos, drawings, and stories that users have shared during the opening days after release.

The actual player count for Big Walk is significantly higher than one million. The game has been available since launch to PlayStation Plus subscribers in August, who do not need to purchase it separately.

Instead of active combat, Big Walk focuses on communication and exploration. Between two and 12 players can occupy the same map. They must talk, work together, solve puzzles, and find the correct path.

Communication features include a proximity-based voice chat and gestures. Players can also use various items on the map, including walkie-talkies and binoculars.
