Beast of Reincarnation Patched on Xbox Hours After Release

The developers of Beast of Reincarnation released an emergency 32 GB patch just hours after the game launched on Xbox Game Pass to fix frame rate drops and stuttering.

The release of Beast of Reincarnation on Xbox Game Pass drew player attention, but technical tests shortly before launch revealed performance issues on Xbox Series X and Series S.

In demo versions and pre-release builds, the frame rate, especially in quality mode, could drop from the target 60 down to approximately 45 FPS. Players also complained about noticeable image stuttering, which raised questions about the project’s optimization.

The developers responded quickly. Just hours after release, the game received a major 32 GB update designed to eliminate performance drops and increase stability.

According to initial reviews, the patch largely succeeded and noticeably improved smoothness on both Xbox consoles.

At the same time, differences between the Xbox Series X and Series S versions remain. Both offer performance and quality modes. On Series S, the image stays less sharp and detailed.
