Assetto Corsa Series Surpasses 20 Million Copies
At the SimRacing Expo 2025, KUNOS Simulazioni announced that the Assetto Corsa franchise has surpassed 20 million copies sold worldwide. Studio director Marco Massarutto clarified that the figure includes all sales since 2013, when the first Assetto Corsa launched in early access.
He emphasized that the franchise’s achievements aren’t solely due to its physics, visuals, audio, gameplay, or mod support, but primarily the strong partnership between the developers and the community.
In connection with this, Assetto Corsa Rally for PC was announced, scheduled to enter Early Access on November 13, 2025. The title will launch with ten licensed cars, a day/night cycle, dynamic weather, and 33 km of fully laser-scanned roads across the Assac and Wales locations. Featured cars include the Lancia Stratos Gr.4 (1976), Fiat 131 Abarth Gr.4 (1976), and Peugeot 208 Rally4 (2020).
The team intends to expand the roster to 30 cars, introduce a full career mode, and deliver over 120 km of highly detailed tracks. EVO will keep receiving updates guided by community feedback.
