The hacker known as voices38 has returned with another defeat of the formidable Denuvo DRM. This time he targeted a sports simulation.
Reports indicate that Denuvo was successfully cracked in eFootball PES 2020, though voices38 remarked that it was notably more difficult to break.
Players speculate that in the coming weeks (or by the end of the year) the current technical limits of the cracker may become clearer. Some believe voices38 will continue to focus on releases from 2019 and earlier, rather than the latest Denuvo versions.
Still, others remain hopeful that the tech enthusiast will discover an approach that works against Denuvo in more recent titles.
