1,000 Twitch Subscriptions Now Available at a Discount

Twitch has rolled out a new option for users: you can now gift a streamer a bundle of 1,000 subscriptions for $4,990 — reduced from the previous $5,990.

Until now the maximum was 100 subscriptions, which required making ten separate transactions.

Clarification: this refers to paid channel subscriptions — the perks like emotes, badges, and access to exclusive chat or content that a viewer purchases for a limited time — not the creation of new user accounts.

The 1,000-subscription bundle has been used sparingly so far. One of the earliest recipients was popular streamer Emiru during a Dispatch stream.

Twitch frames the offering as a bulk discount: the more subscriptions you buy, the larger the savings. For example, purchasing 50 subscriptions saves $299.50, while 100 subscriptions save $599.

Twitch emphasizes this as a way to support favorite creators and increase audience engagement while saving on large-scale gifting.
