Warhammer: The Old World Developers Reveal “Chaos Marauders” Miniature Set

The Norscan tribes will soon gain fresh reinforcements and be able to mount new raids against the lands of the Empire, Bretonnia and beyond, as the team behind the Warhammer: The Old World tabletop game prepares to release the “Chaos Marauders” set.

Games Workshop has announced a new reinforcement box, the Chaos Marauders Army Reinforcement Set, for the Warhammer: The Old World tabletop range.

The box contains 50 miniatures — 40 Chaos Marauders and 10 Marauder Horsemen. Each figure is supplied with two head options, and shields and weapons are fully interchangeable.

Each pack of twenty Chaos Marauders can be assembled into two units of ten. Troops can be armed with one-handed weapons and shields, two-handed weapons, or flails.

The ten Marauder Horsemen in the box can be built as two units of five, each featuring its own command group: a champion, a musician and a standard bearer.

The kit also includes two decal sheets for Chaos Warriors, each containing 246 decals. The team additionally showcased an arcane booklet titled “The Razing of Westerland”.

This softcover volume provides an in-depth look at the warlike Norscan tribes and includes the “Path to Glory” campaign with three new scenarios, along with details on Chaos Cults, traits, magic and artifacts from the Lands of Shadow.
