Until Dawn and Kingdom Hearts Star Hayden Panettiere Dies at 36
Actress Hayden Panettiere, widely recognized by video game audiences for her role as Samantha Giddings in Until Dawn and as the voice of Kairi in the early Kingdom Hearts games, has died at the age of 36.
Her father, Skip Panettiere, confirmed the news of her passing to ABC. A cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
Panettiere also built a celebrated career in film and television, starring as Claire Bennet in the superhero drama Heroes, Juliette Barnes in the musical drama series Nashville, and Kirby Reed in the Scream franchise.
