Tumbleweeds Terrorized ARC Raiders Test Participants
Players recounted their most unforgettable moments.
Participants in the recent ARC Raiders server test singled out their encounters with tumbleweeds as the standout memories. This is not an exaggeration.
In ARC Raiders, as with other extraction shooters, an unexpected clash with an enemy often ends in death. That kept players on high alert, straining to hear and scan every corner of the environment. From a distance, a rolling tumbleweed can easily be mistaken for a hostile silhouette, and the noises they make are frequently misidentified as approaching footsteps.
Since tumbleweeds appeared across the maps, there was plenty to keep players anxious.
